2) The warranty covers parts only for a period of 36 months on all Laptop Mounts products, and a 12 month warranty on  all Truck Consoles, Laptop Screen Disabler and Auto Exec Products unless otherwise specified by our website. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.

3) Mobile Desk is not responsible for typographical errors.  While we try to make sure all of our information is correct we cannot be held liable for misprints.

4) Manufacture's warranty DOES NOT cover the cost of  accidental damage, misuse, improper installation, equipment exchange or return.

5) Mobile Desk is not responsible for installation unless other arrangements have been made. We sell mobile office equipment well below what you could purchase it from a local dealer. It is the customers responsibility to make accommodations to have the units setup by a qualified installer.

6) Mobile Desk  has the option to void any  warranty on equipment that has been improperly set up.

7) Mobile Desk will not simply exchange the product if there is a problem. All units must first be assessed for repair at the expense of Mobile Desk.

8) In the event that a unit cannot be repaired, Mobile Desk will ship out a replacement unit. Mobile Desk will not ship out a replacement until the original unit is returned.

9) If it is urgent you receive the unit, the customer has the option to purchase the replacement unit, and full credit will be issued upon receipt of the damaged machine.

10) After the unit has been received in satisfactory condition, Mobile Desk will then ship out a replacement.

11) We at Mobile Desk try our best to assess the needs of our customer to find the best piece of  mobile office equipment to satisfy your needs. We encourage everyone to please call us before you order.

12) You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any discrepancies in your order. ie. incorrect parts shipped, incorrect quantities, or billing errors.

13) You have 30 days from the date of delivery to register your warranty or on-site warranty. Service is not provided if the warranty has not been registered.

14) This warranty page is subject to change at any time.

Shipping Damage

1) If a units appears damaged, i.e. the box has a hole in it, open box, or is torn apart, DENY the shipment.  If you sign for the product, then you are accepting that the units does not look damaged.

2) If there is hidden damage please call us at 877-663-3375 and we will have the shipping company come out and inspect the unit.  In this case, the units must be repacked EXACTLY the way that it was when it came in.

3) In the event that it is necessary to return the damaged merchandise, follow the instructions below. If the instructions are not followed, the merchandise will be refused and no credit will be given.

4) Mobile Desk is not responsible for shipping damage. All boxes are packed according to the rules and regulations of each shipping company. As such, Mobile Desk  cannot replace a unit or accessory until we have been reimbursed by the shipping company.


RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

1) In order to obtain an RMA, the "RMA" form listed above must be filled out. Mobile Desk will then send you an RMA number.

2) Mobile Desk will not accept merchandise back that does not have an RMA number with it.

3) RMA's are only given if the box has been unopened and unused, unless the units or part cannot be fixed by Mobile Desk.

4) An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.

5) The returned package must be received within 30 business days of the RMA issue date. After 30 days, the RMA is void and will be refused.

6) Shipping charges are non-refundable on returned, unopened units and accessories. No exceptions.

7) A 20% restocking fee is added to all orders that are refused or shipped back.

8) All special ordered items are non refundable and cannot be returned. If a special ordered item is defective or damaged in shipping, a replacement will be shipped or a technician will be sent out to repair the item. If an item is special order, it will be marked accordingly on our invoice.

9) If the instructions listed below are not followed, no credit will be given and the package will be refused.

10) If the box has been written on, it will be refused and credit will not be given. DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX .

11) RMA's are not given for shipping damage. Units or Accessories that have been damaged in shipping must go through the shipper ie. UPS, FedEx, or the truck line.


How to Return Merchandise (IMPORTANT INFORMATION)

1) All items must be packed in all original packing and boxing. 

3) If the original packaging is no longer sufficient for packing, take the box to a mailing facility and have the box professionally packed.

4) You currently own the merchandise you are shipping back, whether it is damaged or not. Please ship it back accordingly.

4) A tracking number must be received within 3 business days of issuing an RMA and the damaged merchandise must be received within 10 business days.

5) We will not take any merchandise back with damage, No exceptions.

6) A credit will be given or product shipped on return of the damaged product, unless other arrangements have been made.
